Meet the founder
James Bartlett
James founded Mission Critical Delivery after five years in specialist recruitment. His work spans M&E, telecoms, engineering and construction hiring, from preconstruction through delivery, alongside technical data centre roles.
He has supported project controls, planning, commissioning management and BMS searches, working with agencies, consultancies, contractors and developers across the supply chain. His background also includes managed service delivery across more than 1,000 European sites and building a technical recruitment team.
At MCD, James is the direct contact for a hiring brief and welcomes partnerships, collaboration and open conversations across the sector.
