Your information

Privacy notice

Last updated: 27 September 2026. This notice covers personal information we receive through this website, by email, and during our recruitment work.

Who is responsible

Mission Critical Delivery is a trading name of Bartlett Advisory Group Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email james@missioncriticaldelivery.co.uk.

Information we use

For candidates, this may include your name, contact details, CV, work history, qualifications, location and preferences, availability, correspondence and notes from discussions. We may receive information directly from you, from professional profiles or job boards where you have made it available, or from a referral. For client contacts, we use business contact details, hiring requirements and correspondence.

Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as health details, identity documents or criminal record information, in an initial CV unless it is necessary. If a role requires additional information, we will explain why it is needed and how it will be handled.

Why we use it

We generally rely on our legitimate interests in running a specialist recruitment service and matching people with suitable opportunities, balanced against your rights and expectations. Where processing is needed to take steps towards a contract or to comply with a legal obligation, those bases may also apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

Who receives it

We use service providers to host and manage business email and records. We share candidate information with a prospective employer or hiring organisation when it is relevant to an opportunity and we have discussed the introduction with you. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell CVs.

How long we keep it

We aim to review candidate records after 12 months without meaningful contact and delete information that is no longer needed, unless you ask us to retain your details for further opportunities or a longer period is needed for a legal claim or obligation. Business correspondence is kept only for as long as needed for the relationship and applicable legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to any reason we must retain it.

International work and service providers

Some roles or service providers may involve information being accessed outside the UK. Before sharing with an overseas hiring organisation, we will discuss the opportunity with you. Where a restricted transfer applies, we will use an appropriate UK transfer mechanism or other permitted safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, or object to certain uses. Some rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.

Website and updates

This website does not provide a CV upload form. Clicking an email link opens your own email app. The site may use technical data needed to serve pages; third-party links have their own privacy notices. We will update this notice if our practices change.
